RETURN POLICY

we accept merchandise purchased from kobeautylover.com site only within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or less.

 

All returning items must be in the original condition, unopened and unused. We will not accept goods that have been used or opened. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging redelivery within 14 days.

 

If the merchandise was damaged during shipment, we will replace it at no extra fees. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund in the original method of payment.

 

Customers are responsible for the all return shipping costs.

RETURN PROCESS

Contact us via email at info@kobeautylover.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your return.

Our customer service will provide you with the Return Merchandise Authorization Form and Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) if return conditions are accepted (exceptions may apply).

Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization Form with your RMA

Put return item(s) in the original packaging (if possible), include the Return Merchandise Authorization Form, item(s) to be returned, and seal the package securely.

we will send return address by E-mail.

For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via UPS and keep your receipt with the tracking number for your records.

 

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service via our contact us online form or at info@kobeautylover.com

 

All online orders must be returned to our return center at Sydney.
